L’Oréal Professionnel is looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated senior brand marketing manager to help drive best-in-class programs for the US haircare category. The person in this role will execute and develop comprehensive brand-building plans, in line with the objectives of the division, including 360 marketing plans, new product launches (SalonCentric/Sephora/Amazon), promotions/animations, and communication strategies targeting haircare industry professionals and consumers.

Key Responsibilities To Include

Represent key ranges within the total brand Haircare category and lead marketing operations including US portfolio management, new product development, claims, education, product updates/renovations, and packaging.Lead Haircare category relationship with SalonCentric and develop omni-channel strategies as well as planning & execution for: all e-commerce, promotions, merchandising, launches, stylist outreach and marketing animations to meet annual budget goals.Drive US go-to-market activations for key product launches across multiple platforms and retailers, working collaboratively with the brand consumer marketing lead on programming for Amazon and Sephora.Partner with PPD media team on brand media, advocacy, and communications campaigns to support hero e-commerce initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of impactful creative assets, product, and digital support for owned launches and projects.Oversee and manage the brand/professional marketing budget.Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external sales, distributor, and management teams.Create strong collaborative relationships with the DMI and cross-functional teams: sales, creative, education, supply/demand, SalonCentric, etc.Conduct marketing research across all touchpoints (salons, stylists, industry reports, social platforms, etc.) to understand and derive key marketing insights, trends, and competitive activities to inform launch development and communications & marketing plans.Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree.5-7 years of brand or product marketing experience.Exceptional knowledge of the professional beauty industry and the SalonCentric channel as well as product and content trends.Understanding of metrics and performance measures for all distribution channels: sales, media, etc.Effective communication skills, French language skills a plus.Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas of the business enabling the successful achievement of haircare initiatives.Strong execution skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel domestically periodically.
