Responsibilities:Service Now understandingGood understanding of Networking (LAN/WANs, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, etc.)Hands-on experience with Poly infrastructure devices including Proxy/DMA/Bridges/RPAD/Resource Manager/Endpoints (Group series, Studio X)Able to work with Poly Tac/Internal teams for any infrastructure issues and endpointsUnderstanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate with onboarding new endpointsWorking knowledge of Cisco infrastructure devices including Expressways/CMS/CUCM/Endpoints (Cisco kit series/C/DX)Able to work with Cisco/Vendor/Internal teams for any infrastructure issues and endpointsUnderstanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate with onboarding new endpointsUnderstanding of Crestron touch panels like Mercury/Biamp/FlexHaving worked with Crestron touch panels would be a plusUnderstanding of Mersive pods and functionality, familiar with dashboards to onboard new pods, Firmware upgrades etc.Understanding of Digital signage products (Appspace), media players and firmware upgradesUnderstanding of how Synergy Sky worksSkills:CUCM, Cisco, Expressways Video ConferenceTop Skills Details:CUCM, Cisco, Expressways
