Join our diverse team of passionate healthcare providers working to create vitality for life.We're currently seeking a Director, Marketing & Admissions, to join our extraordinary team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.Achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.Oversee both external and internal referral management strategies.Collaborate closely with Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes.Serve as a key representative of the center within the community.Drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.Minimum of two (2) years college education in health care administration, business management, marketing, or public relations preferred.Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business need, specifically incoming admissions.Benefits & Perks:In addition to the chance to work with a world-class team and cutting-edge technology, our employees enjoy competitive benefits such as generous time off plans, parental leave opportunities, competitive compensation plans, and more.
