The GCD is a proven leader, effective communicator, and an exceptional motivator as well as a public face for the agency. The position provides leadership across channels and the opportunity to partner with senior leadership to push our clients as well as the teams they are accountable for. As the GCD, you will work alongside the Executive Creative Director, Creative Directors & Creatives across the network to craft the future of Comcast and its products. You will be at the forefront of creating a culture obsessed with great, beautifully crafted, innovation-first work. You lead with a passion for content, inventive solutions, and an authentic curiosity about how it applies to global culture and technology. Bring fresh and groundbreaking conceptual thinking in partnership with IMC to create transformative workPush creative thinking to new and unprecedented places – but also have a plan to make it workImplement the overarching creative direction and vision for the Comcast account(s) and/or team(s) as well as bring proactive leadership to the entire agencyApply strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of new and standard social and digital platforms and technologies to briefs and proactive opportunitiesSkillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums: social, digital, film, OOH, and emerging technologies.Provide leadership through building the vision and mission of the agencyManage multiple projects, partners, and budgets within deadlinesDetermine assignments, evaluations, and incentives for the creative departmentEnsure the growth of individual team membersResponsible for shaping a general direction of the work that The Lab produces for any given partnerBuild strong relationships with multi-levels of clients, and deepen their knowledge of interactive marketingThe ideal person:
