A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.The Communication Developer Services WW Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist role is responsible for building sales enablement, market development programs and assisting generalist sellers drive revenue across the globe. This role is within the The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) and is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS). WWSO is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. In this role you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. We pride ourselves on thinking big, delivering exceptional results for our customers, and working across AWS as #OneTeam.This role will be located in the United States and have global responsibilities working with sales, product marketing and product management. The role will focus on revenue growth programs for the Communication Developer Services service portfolio that includes Pinpoint, SES, SNS, WorkMail and Wickr.Key job responsibilities

Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain, thinking through challenges on a 1-3+ year time scale.Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences and symposiums.Experience managing programs across sales, business development and product marketing.A day in the life A typical day for a WW GTM Specialist includes: customer meetings, authoring GTM documents, reporting on service trends during team discussions and providing insights on customer adoption to service product management.About the team The Communication Developer Service (CDS) GTM Specialist team positions AWS as the best place to for customers to build applications that include SMS, email, event notifications and encrypted messaging. The CDS GTM team helps customers and AWS Sellers understand why CDS services provide a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for customers to build innovative applications with digital channels. 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
