Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the strategic goals of the SBU, including product messaging and target audience identification. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including product brochures, white papers, case studies, and digital assets. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and drives engagement. Launch Management: Lead the planning and execution of product launches. Develop launch strategies, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a successful market introduction. Creative Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of marketers and creatives. Foster an environment that encourages innovation, out-of-the-box thinking, and the development of compelling marketing campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts. Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Sales Enablement: Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement and training strategies that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value and drive customer engagement. Technical Marketing: Collaborate with technical stakeholders, especially the Data Center Workload Engineering (DCWE) team, to create technical marketing assets that effectively communicate complex technical concepts and product benefits to diverse audiences. Budget Management: Oversee the product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals. Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities reinforce Micron’s brand values and strengthen market presence. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $142,500.00 - $296,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
