JOB SUMMARYThe Director/VP of Marketing will spearhead the marketing initiatives for our family of companies, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and consistency, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across diverse business units.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, building teams, and collaborating across departments.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Marketing Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals of the family of companies, addressing both short-term and long-term objectives.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.

Digital Marketing Leadership:

Drive digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic marketing team.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams.

Budget Oversight:

Develop and manage the marketing budget.

Performance Measurement:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Content Development:

Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials.

Stakeholder Communication:

Present marketing strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.

Proven experience in brand management and market positioning.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing agendas.

ABILITIES REQUIRED

Possess competencies: adaptability/flexibility, communication, decision making/judgment, interpersonal skills, personal organization, problem solving/analysis.

Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.

Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.

Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines.
