The Job Gen Con is looking for a mid to senior level Full Stack / Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our software platform and website in the following ways:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experiencePossess a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in designing and developing web applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all stages of developmentMust be a self-starter, able to take initiative and thrive in an entrepreneurial environmentMust be organized and detail orientedDesired Technical Proficiencies:
Proficiency and demonstrable experience in the Ruby on Rails ecosystem and supporting technologies is essentialAbility to optimize and fine-tune custom SQL queriesExperience writing and maintaining automated tests and documentation for your workNice to have experience with search technologies (Elasticsearch) and NoSQL databases (Redis)Nice to have experience with front-end web application frameworks and/or ReactYou would be a great fit if:
