Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.This position will support the business through strategic conference and event planning and execution (at the local level across the US); pursuit and collateral production management; support of the client account program; marketing assets creation, organization and management; support and execution of the strategic objectives of the E&E business; pursuit support, compliance and execution; and general support of the marketing objectives of the E&E SGT.The ideal candidate is a leader who is A/E/C experienced; a compassionate team player who enjoys working well with others; a strategic thinker; able to captivate an online audience; and is able to thrive in times of change. Come join our team - the rewards are tremendous!Your ImpactLeads strategic discussions with regional leaders, marketing managers and others about regional and local conferences and events; provides input and facilitates effective strategic discussions.Develop, manage and execute a regional/local E&E conference/event program in conjunction with the National program, including tracking and analysis of conference activities.Researches, gathers and edits collateral materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting content.Able to analyze business processes and recommend efficiencies utilizing innovative technologies.Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.Develop and manage the creation and timely delivery of high-quality production of pursuits and marketing collateral.Works with individual conference/event teams to develop strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and WSP.Supports the client account program as a partner to the account leaders.Collaborates with technical staff to write original content and reviews/edits content for clarity, compliance and key messages.Collaborates with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials ensuring all materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified.Organizes and coaches technical staff in presentations.Supports client account teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client engagement team meetings.May coordinate communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects.Support other marketing manager colleagues with various projects, as needed. Support the Director with special projects, as needed.Collaborate with marcom teams.Who You AreRequired Qualifications7 + years’ experience in the AEC industry in the same or similar capacityMinimum of 5 years’ experience in advanced marketing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programsPossesses a strategic mindsetExcellent organizational and editorial skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures is requiredDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to lead large, diverse and disparate teamsDemonstrated experience managing standard and complex proposals from onset to conclusion with general guidanceWSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
