POSITION SUMMARY:

Take a product(s) and/or programs from ideation to execution from a project management and creatives perspective. This position will be a key resource for execution on initiatives impacting PBM strategy. Responsible for exhibiting a go-getter attitude while consulting with cross-functional partners on different initiative types, including pharmacy services projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage cross-functional strategic projects and programs, analyzing data to provide content for strategic directions and be responsible for managing project plans to execution.

Create new solutions and pilot creatives/marketing materials for clients/members; partnering in coordination with contracting expanded pharmacy services.

Solve complex problems; create a new perspective using existing solutions.

Responsible for partnering with internal and external partners for successful execution of larger cross-functional projects, which include defining project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and work plans.

Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently with minimal direction.

Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional partners on marketing/creatives for product/initiative launch (internally/externally/social media)

Manage tight deadlines for multiple competing priorities, scope, and converging opinions to solution in a timely manner.

Analyze complex situations; transform issues into options and drive to appropriate conclusions.

Collaborate with other product owners to analyze and synthesize data in order to create presentation decks for socialization and review.

Handle a high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities.

Provide project management for strategic and tactical projects at site level.

Responsible for successful implementation of key strategic project as well as driving activities and actions to achieve aligned goals.

Communicate effectively with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management, including executive level reporting.

Work with stakeholders to define and document both current state and future state processes, as well as data to drive improvements.

Lead through change and ambiguous situations with confidence.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, project management or relevant field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and requirements

Ability to understand and grasp marketing strategy and approach, leverage data and insights to inform recommended approach, link business need to action

Health care industry experience

Excellent relationship building and cross functional skills
