- Prime Video is looking for a world-class product leader to help scope, define, and launch new experiences helping customers continue their membership to enjoy uninterrupted access to exclusive content. You will be responsible for building delightful customer experiences for customers in over 200 countries where Prime Video is live.- We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented product leaders to help foster nascent ideas and products into scalable programs that can live and breathe within Prime Video content experiences.- As a Prime Video product lead, you’ll own the user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute on the long-term strategy for membership management, including churn, educating customers on the value they are getting from their membership, cancellation, etc.- Lead or critically influence planning and execution of all aspects of implementation of your products, including product, engineering, and go-to-market.- Work across multiple organizations to align on and achieve objectives.- Build and drive internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders to foster best-in-class product vision.- Build and scale profitable programs for Prime Video.

A day in the life- You will work with Product, Engineering, UX and Business teams from initiation to deployment and will be responsible for delivering the best experience to customers.- Successful candidates will demonstrate product leadership skills by fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical and design counterparts.- You will demonstrate your proficiency in addressing viewer, customer needs and business needs, and launch high impact products and services that satisfy Prime Video customers and drive business success.- You must have strong business judgement, customer obsession and be technical. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves and get the job done.- You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making, and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels.- As a leader on the team, you will take on product management opportunities with autonomy and high visibility.- You will deliver recommendations to senior executives and drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools- Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalentPosted:
