Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Interior Designer you will play a key role in the design, planning and execution of Interior design projects working on the creative process directly with the Partners as well as ensuring that the creative concepts are carried through the documentation, consultant coordination and construction phase successfully.

You will lead and collaborate with our teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients showing your clear understanding of Interior design principles and passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.

The firm works on a wide variety of typologies including, high-end residential, private houses, multifamily residential, hospitality, retail, cultural spaces, corporate headquarters for select corporate clients and yachts.

Must Haves:

8+ years of experience in Hospitality or Hotel interior design

Experience with Spexx

Experience in Adobe Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit

Responsibilities:

Client Presentations

FF&E and specs

Communications with client

Management of design team

Design Expertise: Contribute innovative design concepts and ideas, helping the design team translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing architectural solutions.

Design Team Management: Guide the team providing technical expertise, support, and feedback to ensure that deliverables goals of quality and timing are met.

Project Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of Interior design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Quality Control: Ensure that all Interior design deliverables meet high-quality standards, comply with relevant regulations, and align with the firm's design ethos.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with all teams including interior designers doing FF&E, as well as architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate all various aspects of the project seamlessly.

Additional Details
