Building upon the foundation and credibility of the well-established Lexar brand, Lexar Enterprise designs and manufactures memory and storage solutions. Product offerings include embedded storage, mobile memory, solid-state drives, and memory modules in commercial, industrial, industrial-wide temperature, enterprise, automotive grades. We have long-standing relationships with many renowned brands in a variety of industries.Lexar Enterprise is looking for a Senior Product Marketing management role to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the storage industry, a proven track record in product marketing and product management, and a strong bilingual capability in Mandarin and English.Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Lexar Enterprise’s overall business objectives. Create detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer segments, and unmet needs. Leverage insights to inform product positioning and differentiation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Drive alignment and collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life. Define product requirements, manage product development timelines, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and channel strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven initiatives to optimize product performance.Strategic Partnership Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and ecosystem enablers. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance customer satisfaction.Up to 50% travel requiredQualifications:

10+ years of semi conductor related experience5+ years in storage/memory industryProven track record of successful product marketing or product managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Fluent in Mandarin and English.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
