Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.Proven experience in designing user interfaces that are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing.Ability to create designs that adapt across different devices and screen sizes.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding in digital interfaces.Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to refine and improve designs.Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research.Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain designs and research findings effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience leading design projects and providing guidance to design and development teams.Experience working on map-based applications or geospatial user interfaces.Experience leading workshops with large groups of stakeholders to gather insights and drive design decisions.Familiarity with established design systems like Material Design.Experience using research repositories (e.g., Dovetail) to translate research into actionable insights.Ability to analyze data from analytics software to inform design improvements.Experience presenting design strategies and solutions to company executives.Company Overview:We represent
