Relocation assistance may be provided.The Tombras social media team has made some of your favorite work on the internet – from MoonPie tweets to Steak-umm activations in the metaverse and real-time surprise & delight moments for beloved brands like Josh Cellars wine and SunChips. This role reports to the VP of Social Media (owned) and is responsible for leading and managing day-to-day social media efforts for clients, working closely with other departments to create world-class social first campaigns and ensure real-time trends and strong platform strategies are utilized.The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategy, and analytical expertise to spearhead our efforts across all social channels and grow and evolve our social practice at Tombras.What you'll be doing:Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the timeFormulate and evolve best-in-class social media strategies spanning audience insights, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, paid media, and moreOversee execution of omnichannel social campaigns delivering creative concept through deployment, optimization, and results analysisCollaborate with in-house creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analystsHelp drive advanced social strategy and playbook creation across all clientsPresent creative concepts and performance analysis to agency leadership and clients with confidenceManage and mentor a team of future social innovatorsContinuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundariesConsult existing and prospective clients on leveraging social and identifying strategic approaches to achieve brand and business goalsMove at the speed of social - fast!
