What You Will Do

We are currently seeking a Manager for Disney+ Content Finance that will oversee financial planning and analysis for Disney Entertainment Television Network and Library Content distributed on Disney+. This role will interface with a wide variety of partners across the Company, including Regional and Global teams in DTC Finance, Programming, Creative, and Operations. You will work closely with key senior leaders in these areas to set Disney+ content financial plans while establishing clear communication and aligned objectives throughout the fiscal year. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, high-priority growth area for the company.Execute quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range plans for Disney Entertainment TV Network and Library Content on Disney+Run ad hoc analyses and reporting for DTC leadership and other Disney Entertainment stakeholdersDevelop and mentor one Senior AnalystCollaborate with Disney Entertainment and Regional DTC FP&A teams to oversee and communicate content investment and P&L forecastsPartner with Programming, Content Planning & Analysis, and other global teams to support strategic and operational decision-makingPartner with Controllership teams across the company to set up reporting structures and interpret changes in content accounting treatmentStay up to date on SVOD industry trends amidst a rapidly changing landscapeOversee the financial planning of DETV content budgets through quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications & Skills4+ years of relevant experience ideally in entertainment, management or leadership background is a plusStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issuesExpert knowledge of Excel, including building models from the ground upStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize ideas and issues to Executive managementStrong attention to detail without losing sight of broader objectivesAbility to drive and implement process improvements across key activitiesAbility to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business unitsAbility to work in a dynamic and changing environmentSAP and Cognos experience is a plusAbility to balance multiple tasks and projects at the same time, while keeping management accurately informed

EducationBachelor's degree required (emphasis in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred), CPA or MBA is a plus
