We use design, service and technology to provide the best possible customer experience and change the way people think about healthcare.The AHS Central Performance & Brand Marketing Team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed, Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution on Amazon App/Website (onsite) platforms to grow and establish the newly launched business vertical "Health Conditions Program" within AHS Org. This role will be instrumental in the mission to connect Amazon customers to a wide array of health-care products and services available via 3P marketplaces, with a focus on solutions for chronic or complex-longitudinal conditions afflicting 60% of US adults, and insurance as a payment method to unlock 87% of US health care spending paid for by insurance.In this role you will be the single threaded owner HCP Outbound Marketing channels. You will develop the customer messaging, value proposition, channel strategy, forecast, and then lead execution with contract marketing manager (reporting to you) and partner closely with the lead business, creative, engineering and product teams to drive business goals. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. The ideal candidate understands Email/SMS/Push (outbound) marketing channel very from a technical and marketing strategy/execution POV, has an experimentation bend of mind to solve problems and is willing to work with engineering and product teams to build for long term impact.Key Job Responsibilities

Own AHS Onsite Marketing Strategy and Execution to drive business goalsBuild the creative and experimentation strategy to launch and grow each 3P partner we launch under HCP programBuild new mechanisms to simplify workflowsBuild onsite marketing calendars and forward looking plans, with internal business, product and tech partnersDevelop, deliver and measure marketing experiments and programs to drive AHS customer adoption and engagementWork closely with Creative and Design partners to experiment, document and share learningsRepresent AHS Performance Marketing in key business reviews with VPs and Directors, including operating planning reviews and quarterly and monthly business reviewsDevelop, report, and continually improve email channel performance metricsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysisExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
