Marketing at Brex The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers — across Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing — are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to show our prospects and customers how we can help them reach their full potential. Where you'll work This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time. What you’ll do We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager in the Commercial segment to lead field marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and support sales efforts through targeted events and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies, building strong partnerships with the sales team, and delivering impactful experiences to our customers and prospects within their segment. This role requires a deep understanding of field marketing techniques, event management, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include: Commercial Segment Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with Brex’s overall marketing and sales goals, focusing on driving pipeline generation and accelerating deals. Partner Marketing: Collaborate with Brex’s channel partners to co-market events and initiatives that increase reach and awareness within target markets. Analyze and report on the success of field marketing activities using data and KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. Budget Management: Allocate and manage field marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Adept in your segment’s sales funnel: Deploy marketing campaigns and programs tailored to the specific needs and preferences of your segment; these can include but are not limited to email sequences, calling campaigns, webinars, in-person events, meeting incentives, etc. Train and coach SDRs to make full use of content, offers, and campaigns to most effectively engage and qualify leads. Advocate for the sales segment you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities. Brand Alignment: Ensure that all field marketing initiatives maintain brand consistency and align with Brex’s core messaging and value propositions. Requirements: Proven track record with 3+ years of experience developing and executing B2B SaaS field marketing strategies and 5+ years experience preferred. Strong business acumen with demonstrated success implementing segment marketing programs and measuring ROI. Ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales execution platforms, and marketing automation tools. Experience building strong rapport and partnership with AEs, SDRs and Sales Leadership. Willingness to travel for events and field marketing activities. Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $126,560 - $158,200. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
