If you’re as passionate as we are about our mission, read more below, and let’s build something great together!The Direct Mail Marketing Manager position will report to the Head of Paid Media.As the Direct Mail Marketing Manager, you will:Oversee and manage large-scale direct mail campaigns (over 30 million mail pieces annually) aimed at driving new customer acquisition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Finance, Client Happiness, Data & Analytics) to align on campaign goals and execution.Work closely with credit bureaus to procure audience files, optimize lists, and develop new machine learning models.Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring on-time production, budget control, and quality output for all creative assets.Lead campaign forecasting, including financial performance, cost, and revenue projections, while maintaining dashboards and KPIs.Your Impact:Drive the success of direct mail campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.Optimize campaign performance, growing customer acquisition while managing costs effectively.Leverage data-driven insights to improve targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign outcomes.Contribute directly to the company's revenue growth and marketing efficiency through innovative strategies.Ensure all campaigns meet compliance, legal, and quality standards.About You:5+ years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on campaign execution, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and working with external vendors (e.g., credit bureaus, agencies, lettershops).Experience using data analytics to inform campaign decisions and drive growth.Ability to work collaboratively with legal, compliance, and finance teams for approvals and reporting.Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other team members.Even Better:Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics in marketing.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Previous experience managing budgets and vendor contracts in a high-volume marketing environment.Where:While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.Pay Range:
