Full-Time Marketing Strategist
to help us drive growth, particularly within the Latin American community in the U.S. We have proven and tested products, all we need now is driven individuals!
Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Marketing Strategist
to develop and implement marketing plans that align with Ultisana's brand and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns. This position is full-time and requires you to work on-site, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. You’ll be expected to bring a proactive, go-getter attitude, and work collaboratively with various departments to meet our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing data and metrics to develop insights and optimize campaigns
Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Ultisana’s branding and target audience, with a focus on the Latin American market
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing efforts (email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, etc.)
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
Identify new growth opportunities and innovative marketing strategies to reach and engage our target market
Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and competitors’ strategies
Analyze Data from multiple platforms to plan out future marketing events/strategies
Work with bilingual (Spanish/English) copy where necessary (Spanish fluency is preferred but not mandatory)
Flexibility to adapt and pivot marketing efforts based on evolving company needs in a startup environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role, ideally within the supplements, health, or wellness industries
Experience with the full funnel digital marketing strategy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply it to marketing strategies
Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that effectively drive growth and increase brand visibility
A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
Strong understanding of Latin American markets and consumer behaviors is a plus
Ability to work on-site at our Boca Raton office with occasional work-from-home flexibility
A positive, proactive attitude with a strong drive for results
