In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnerships that maximize audience reach and brand presence through key podcast and newsletter channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and strong executional skills to ensure partnerships align with Momentous' mission and drive customer engagement.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing media partnerships and executing campaigns across podcast and newsletter platforms. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and external partners to amplify Momentous' presence and drive revenue growth. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.Responsibilities
:Develop and execute the podcast and newsletter partnership strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Identify, negotiate, and manage key podcast and newsletter partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align partnership content with Momentous’ messaging and goals.Manage relationships with external partners, including podcast hosts, producers, and newsletter editors.Track and report on key performance metrics such as audience reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for partnership campaigns.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partnerships with Momentous' overall marketing efforts.Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in podcast and newsletter marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation.Manage the partnership budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.Qualifications
:5-7 years of experience in partnership management, media buying, or business development, with a focus on podcasts and newsletters.Proven ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships with media outlets, content creators, or similar platforms.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure partnership performance and optimize for maximum impact.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Experience with digital marketing or media planning in a consumer-facing brand, ideally within CPG or health and wellness.Passion for human performance and an understanding of the Momentous brand and products.Benefits
