We're looking for a mid-level communications specialist like you, who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll advance your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal communications materials and media that support national security mission objectives.As a communications specialist on our team, you will write and edit a wide range of communications products, including web copy, blogs, articles, human interest stories, and senior leadership messages in various formats and for various audiences. You'll help develop, finalize, and implement strategic communications plans, and regularly collect and analyze data to determine the effectiveness and impact of your communications activities. You'll then use that data to update your communications plans to ensure continued relevance and impact.In this role, you'll draw on your creativity to assist with coordinating, publicizing, and creating multimedia products to support events such as conferences, awards and retirement ceremonies, and all hands meetings. You'll work closely with senior client leadership as well as team members to come up with fresh ideas that incorporate industry best practices and popular trends. You'll be responsible for briefing ideas, metrics, and more to stakeholders to get their buy-in for communications initiatives.In everything you do, you will exercise sound judgement in decision-making and demonstrate maturity and professionalism in interacting with stakeholders at all levels and in all situations.
