A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.The RoleAs a Visual Content Creator, you will play a critical role in shaping how Metropolis presents its work and brand to the world. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you will work closely with executives, brand stewards, and the operations team to document our initiatives through video, still photography, and other forms of media. You will tell compelling stories through visual content that is used across platforms like LinkedIn, internal presentations, and investor decks.Your role will involve both creating original content and managing relationships with external vendors. Collaborating with the Communications and Marketing teams, and working directly with executives, you will help define and maintain a consistent point of view for Metropolis' brand. Travel is a key component, as you’ll be documenting on-site activities across multiple locations.ResponsibilitiesActively document Metropolis' work in the field, creating high-quality video and still photography content for various media platforms.Tell impactful stories that highlight the brand’s vision and operational success, with an emphasis on both narrative and technical execution.Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to develop and share content that supports company initiatives.Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality and consistency in content production.Work closely with the Executive Team to ensure alignment on brand storytelling and visibility across internal and external channels.Create a variety of visual content for use in social media, presentations, investor communications, and marketing materials.Maintain a consistent point of view in visual storytelling, contributing to the development of a strong brand narrative.Requirements and Qualifications6+ years of experience in visual content creation, preferably with a background in documentary-style photography or photojournalism.Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to capture and convey Metropolis' vision and brand identity through visual media.Proficiency in video production, editing, and photography.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to adapt to last-minute content requests.Ability to travel regularly to document on-site activities.When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate.
