Summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Executive Producer for Vital Voices Live Content. This role offers the chance to lead the development and execution of groundbreaking events and experiences. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to these values, boast a robust network and most up-to-date knowledge of all high-level events, have meticulous attention to detail, and possess the ability to craft transformative experiences that engage, inspire, and mobilize our diverse, international community of women leaders.

This hybrid position is based in Washington, DC, with Events staff expected to be in the office at least three times a week or depending on major events.

Additional responsibilities include:

Content Curation:

Curate compelling content, including stories, artifacts, and multimedia presentations, that effectively communicate the achievements and challenges faced by women leaders around the globe.

Program Development:

Utilize our Global Headquarters to conceptualize and oversee the creation of curated events, exhibitions, workshops, and other programs that showcase the impact of women's leadership.

Event Management:

Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and attendee engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and ensure successful execution of curated experiences.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with thought leaders and organizations in the women's empowerment space.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive curation strategy aligned with Vital Voices' mission and values.

Partnership Development:

Identify, cultivate, and manage local and international strategic partnerships.

Evaluation and Impact Assessment:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curated experiences and use data-driven insights to improve programming.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of curation professionals.

DE&I Commitment:

Embrace and model the Vital Voices guiding principles and values.

Other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in curation, event management, or related fields.

Deep understanding of women's empowerment issues and a demonstrated commitment to advancing gender equality.

Creative thinker with a keen aesthetic sense and a passion for storytelling.

Excellent project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience working in a multicultural or international setting preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

The starting salary range for this position is $111,372 - $154,609 based on experience.
