You will collaborate with clients, designers, producers, and other team members to create unique and impactful experiences that resonate with target audiences.Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the creative direction of experiential projects, ensuring that they align with client objectives and brand identity.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and target audience, and translate these insights into compelling experiential concepts.Lead creative brainstorms and ideation sessions to generate innovative and original ideas.Oversee the design and production of experiential elements, including physical environments, interactive installations, and digital components.Manage creative teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with producers and project managers to ensure seamless execution of experiential projects.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into experiential projects.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in experiential marketing or a related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful experiential projects.Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and manage creative teams.Strong understanding of design principles and production processes.Passion for creating innovative and immersive experiences.
