Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of user-centric design.Key Responsibilities:- Design intuitive and appealing UIs for web and mobile.- Prepare design assets for handoff to development.- Support the marketing team by providing marketing materials and improving the website.- Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to ensure all designs align with Zendrop's design guidelines.- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.- Analyze user metrics and feedback.- Test design hypotheses for improvements.- Pixel-perfect designs.- Design Store templates and Product listings to ensure their high performance.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.- Proficient in Figma, Miro, Loom.- Experience in CJM and user research.- Experience in conducting UX-tests.- Familiarity with key product metrics for data-driven design.- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.- High level of empathy and user advocacy.- Quick learner.- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality designs.Benefits:- Competitive salary.- Flexible working hours.- Low level of bureaucracy.- Opportunities for professional growth.- A collaborative work environment.
