Job SummaryThe Regulatory Change and Content Management Lead is responsible for leading the U.S. Compliance Regulatory Change and Content Management process, consistent with established Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management (“RCM”) Regulatory Change Management Control Standard.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?Lead Regulatory Change and Content Management efforts.Support the development and management of a U.S.-wide Regulatory Change and Content Management governance process.Support any organization of meetings, process, and communications associated with regulatory change in the U.S., where needed.Monitor process effectuating accountability for open action plans and impact assessments. Escalate challenges and deficiencies as needed.Complete reporting around regulatory developments as necessary. Apply entrepreneurial approach for continuous improvement and efficiency.Act as the point of contact between the U.S. Business Segment Compliance Regulatory Change and Content Management stakeholders and the Enterprise Regulatory Content and Change Team for, among others, implementing strategic enhancements to systems and processes and addressing inquiries.Participate in external trade groups and other forums to stay on top of industry developments and trends with respect to regulatory change.Support the development and management of a process to connect regulatory change and content updates into the compliance risk assessment process, as well as other downstream processes as appropriate.Must haves:7 - 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Compliance, Legal Department or at a financial institutions regulatorMinimum 5 years working with Security, Regulatory Change, and Investment Banking.Deep knowledge of and familiarity with FINRA, SEC, MSRB, FRBNY and OCC rules and regulations and expectationsExperience working and interfacing with regulators and audit partnersStrong project management and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detailExperience with operating in a highly matrixed environmentAbility to operate independently as well as collaboratively to generate solutionsAbility to work with data (including data presentation, trending and analysis)Ability to manage heavy workload and strong prioritization judgementExcellent communication, influencing and presentations skillsWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
