If you want to challenge yourself and unleash innovation with brilliant colleagues, this is an opportunity for you.Job locations :Boise, ID or Dallas, TXOpen PositionsSenior CMOS Custom Logic Design EngineerPrincipal CMOS Custom Logic Design EngineerNew memory architecture Design EngineerCompetitor Analysis EngineerResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and development of schematic blocks such as memory array, control logic, address decode, datapath, and internal test logic. This is transistor level schematic capture.Understand the impact of design architecture decisions on overall power, speed, and die size.Import layout parasitic information into the circuit simulation environment for overall verification.RequirementsBSEE or greater plus 4 or more years of related experience.Debug circuits based on both simulation and silicon results.Understanding of high-speed logic and clock design.Assist with overall design, layout, and optimization of memory circuits.Perform circuit simulations using standard industry tools such as SPICE and VERILOG.Able to interpret device specifications to produce required functionality.Must exhibit communication skills with cross functional teams, including internal and external partners.Must possess flexibility to change priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive industry salary.
