The Digital Marketing Analytics Leader will develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy and roadmap to drive digital marketing performance by leading a team that delivers data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations for the Trane Technologies Americas marketing organization. This role will leverage advanced analytics methodologies to track online marketing trends, collect and analyze complex data sets, develop digital campaign data strategies, identify insights to optimize marketing performance and communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders and business leaders. The position requires strong technical skills with experience across a variety of digital reporting, visualization, and data blending platforms. The ideal candidate will have an intellectual curiosity for uncovering insights from a variety of digital and traditional channels and think strategically about how to leverage this information to make recommendations for optimizing the performance of our websites, customer lead strategies, digital marketing campaigns, programs, and promotions.Thrive at work and at home:

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

What you will do:

·

Serve as the analytics subject matter expert by developing leading data modeling tools, key performance indicators, goals, and reporting solutions.·

Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on how to leverage the use of internal and external data sources to support business needs and goals.·

Gather data and information using a variety of tools and techniques to assure accurate output of findings.·

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing analytics strategy by providing data requirement expectations and creating standard work.

·

Create and maintain analytics dashboards around usage, ROI, and other metrics for sales training programs, mobile apps, websites, and marketing/email campaigns.·

Provide analysis using a host of analytics platforms, including Google AdWords, SEO/PPC (SEMrush), social media monitoring tools, marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

Manage cross-functional and complex projects from end-to-end and motivate others to data insights-driven decision-making.·

Review and prepare data insights and recommendations for report-outs to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Develop automated reporting and coach on self-service capabilities while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data and reporting platforms.What you will bring:

Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritiesAbility to work projects from start to finish – identify opportunities and drive execution Broad understanding of digital analytics methodologies and tools, including web analytics, tag management, A/B and multi-variant testing, content management and marketing automation/demand generation platforms.Consultative and inquisitive in nature with a successful track record of defining business problems and providing recommended solutions.Self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt prioritizations to the business needs.Knowledge and experience using data blending and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau and data extraction tools.Design thinking mentality with ability to develop complex data modeling and visualization dashboards and train stakeholders on how to use and interpret findings.Marketing acumen with a strong project management skillset and keen attention to detail.10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing operationsExperience working with industry tools including data visualization, web analytics (Google Analytics), and campaign analyticsData storytelling including engagement, conversion, and ROIStrong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environmentManagement and leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and grow a teamBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data science or similar preferredCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply;

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $142,800-189,200 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
