Associate Creative Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 45 per hourCella is looking for a dynamic Associate Creative Project Manager to join our client's internal creative agency in Los Angeles!This team ensures campaigns and initiatives are executed with excellence. As an Associate Creative Project Manager, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Account Management, Creative, and Production teams, facilitating smooth project transitions and addressing challenges early to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will fully support and feel "ownership" over their projects from intake to completion. Responsibilities:Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers on project intake, ensuring resources are properly assigned, and jobs are initiated in Workfront.Collaborate with the vertical Project Manager to develop detailed project schedules, aligning key stakeholders (Account, Creative, and Production) on milestones and deliverables.Act as a project status go-to, ensuring consistent communication and project progression.Update project milestones in Workfront as projects evolve.Support status meetings, ensuring clarity around weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.Identify scheduling or resource challenges early, offering solutions to the vertical Project Manager.Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the necessary assets and information to meet key timing milestones.Liaise with the vertical Project Manager, Account, Creative Business Management, and Operations teams to route work to appropriate partners (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.) during development.Communicate effectively with the vertical Project Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth project flow.Qualifications:Experience level: Entry LevelMinimum 2 years of experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.1 year of project management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative group (or relevant work experience).Experience supporting projects of various sizes, preferably within a creative environment.Servant leader - able to support and help lead project teams and hold team members accountable while understanding they aren't the decision makers of the creative work.Solutions-oriented, creative problem solver.Detailed worker with an emphasis on thoroughness and timely completion of tasks.Skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and peers.Entrepreneurial - this function is new to the organization and the right candidate will have the desire to build, test, and learn while adding value to the agency. JOBID: 1064901#LI-CELLA#LI-MM2#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
