Overview The Director of Experience Strategy fosters an environment of inspiration and empathy for the customer/user, employees, and our clients. They guide the creation of meaningful experiences and ensures that the team carries strategy and innovation through conception to execution. Responsibilities Direct, collaborate and inspire cross-functionally to ensure user needs and business goals defined in strategy and carried through execution.

Drive design thinking processes and overall CX and UX strategy through assigned client engagements though cross-functional partnerships. Oversee projects to ensure strategy carry-through to execution excellence including interaction design and usability best-practices and conventions. Advance and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop presentations. Apply data and user insights to inform and shape experiences as well as create artifacts that support initiatives and facilitate client and/or internal communication. Direct, support and mentor Experience Strategy team members.

Prioritize work, placing team members on teams and initiatives that complement skills, ambitions, and growth opportunities. Assist in estimating project efforts, timelines, and project scopes. Partner with clients

Understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, and align agency offerings and services to meet those needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new business growth. Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and convey complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools. A deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the digital space, including e-commerce and emerging technologies. A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital experience design. Agency or consultancy experience with an understanding of a startup environment and the flexibility needed to be successful. Samples of work that demonstrate your ability to articulate strategy, experience definition, and recommendations. Fluent in design tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Adobe XD) and Powerpoint/Slides to produce artifacts and presentations. Work Environment

This role will work hybrid: both remote and with our team in our Los Angeles office (located in El Segundo). $140,000 - $165,000 a yearBased on experience
