The primary purpose of this position is to obtain the required information and efficiently admit residents, following established policies and procedures, and as directed by the Administrator.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING/ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process and monitor referrals, maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Develop and implement a marketing plan to attract new residents.
Assist with resident admissions, including gathering necessary information and signatures.
Coordinate orientation and admission procedures for new residents.
Manage resident records and ensure compliance with admission and discharge policies.
Communicate with residents and guardians about rates, billing, and procedures.
Keep unoccupied beds ready for new admissions.
Stay updated on Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time opportunity M-F,
with flexibility as needed.

Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospice, Home Health, or Hospital Case Management
experience
is required . Internal and external healthcare marketing experience is preferred. Current relationships with Minocqua Hospital case management personnel, preferred!
