Daybreak Health is creating a world where every young person benefits from mental health support. We provide evidence-based virtual and in-person therapy to children and youth ages 6-19. We partner with school districts and health insurance companies to provide accessible mental health care to all families - we believe that every child should have access to mental health support as a fundamental part of their education.

Growth Marketing Lead
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will lead key growth initiatives and focus on driving awareness of Daybreak's services to the families, and communities we serve.You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media, while continuing to evolve our digital presence (paid, SEO) over time.
You will develop and execute on growth strategies and campaigns, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with the marketing leader to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.
We are looking for a self-directed leader who is a strategic big thinker and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the work. This position requires both an analytical and creative mindset with a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Strategy: Planning, development, execution, and optimization of email marketing & social media campaigns (Email: Iterable & HubSpot; Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Multi-Channel Acquisition: Evaluate, manage and optimize acquisition channels to ensure operational efficiency, conversion, optimization, and prioritization.
- Content Development & Distribution: Build and manage a calendar of regular marketing programs to attract, engage, and convert target audience.
- Asset Creation: Manage consultants and leverage tech/AI to create assets that can be distributed across channels.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Measure, analyze, and report on performance across the funnel.
Requirements
- Both a strategist and a do-er
- Strong in email marketing/CRM software - proficient in Iterable and Hubspot
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Social channel experience required
- Experience with paid ads/performance marketing
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices
- Ability to work quickly with cross-functional teams
- Always be a continuous learner with a focus on improvement, stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness
- See the big picture strategy while rolling up sleeves to execute/get the job done
- Someone who is excited to uncover new, high-potential channels to engage families/communities
- Desire to dive into the numbers with strong analytical skills to understand what works so we can scale and make data-driven decisions
