The BBU integrates commercial, market access, medical, digital, and corporate functions to drive scientific development and commercial excellence in the core areas of respiratory, cardiovascular, renal and diabetes disease.As a Marketing Manager in Wilmington, DE, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. The Marketing Manager, Patient Marketing is responsible for working with Brand Leadership and partner collaboration teams to develop, execute and measure aspects of the brand strategy.What you’ll doLead the execution of the Patient Marketing Strategy across diverse patient segments

Effectively convey the brand's vision with passion and authenticity to both marketing and cross-functional teams

Supervise operational work streams, ensuring alignment to strategy, adherence to achieving project milestones, and providing essential insights for effective in-market execution

Exhibit collaborative leadership across different functions, adeptly organizing people, activities, communication, and resources toward shared objectives within set timelines

Display strategic thinking prowess to drive impactful outcomes

Collaborate in defining program KPI goals while establishing and monitoring program measurement

Manage day-to-day budget allocations and cultivate relationships with agency partners

Lead specific workstreams and capitalize on brand opportunities, as directed by the Senior Marketing Director, with accountability for final outcomes

Establish and/or optimize governance structures and collaborative methodologies within co-promotion alliances

Essential for the role3 years of pharmaceutical or related experience OR 3 years of marketing experience and 1 year in pharmaceutical industry

Bachelor’s Degree

Proven ability to lead without authority

Ability to manage complex projects

Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs

Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable for the rolePrior Respiratory or Biologics area experience

Experience launching new products or indications

Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science

Understanding of US healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
