Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Media Buyer who is passionate about crafting and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta and Google ads. This role is crucial for driving client success, managing substantial advertising budgets, and achieving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements
At least 2 years of media buying experience Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $50k+ Strong analytical capabilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting Experience with Meta and Google platforms Energetic and positive attitude Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities
Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues and optimizing campaigns for enhanced performance Work closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client goals Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms Monitor client accounts throughout the day, providing timely updates to the team Conduct detailed analysis of campaign data to fine-tune strategies and consistently meet or exceed KPIs, with a strong focus on ROAS Budget Management: Oversee and allocate advertising budgets across multiple clients to ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI Benefits

Compensation
The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
