You will play a central role in our marketing team - optimizing campaign performance while delivering quality client service. You will serve as our subject matter expert who regularly offers strategies and guidance that produce measurable results.At Ascedia, we focus on goals, method, and impact. We are results-oriented and devoted to delivering positive business outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop effective digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and outline roadmaps and action steps to drive results.Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and present ideas to clientsExecute across tactics including Search Engine Optimization, digital advertising, site optimizations, content creation, and other opportunities as they ariseCreate quality performance reporting that provides relevant data, insights, and recommendations.Be a great partner and advocate for our clients and their organizations.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in digital marketingProficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Screaming Frog, Moz, and/or other tools to glean insights and assess performanceExperience with Google Analytics and setting up tracking frameworks for client sitesA high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationBenefitsFlexible work environment – fully remote capableMedical, Dental, VisionHealth Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account available401(k) programSmart, fun, and friendly coworkersRegular social events and happy hoursSummer hoursAnd more!We look forward to hearing from you!
