The Marketing Communications Manager EAC Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the promotion of electronic access control solutions in new construction and aftermarket to increase market share across verticals. They will collaborate with an intercompany, cross-functional team to promote our market-leading solutions and to provide clear and concise messaging regarding new technologies, OEM and ACP/CI partnerships, and overall ASSA ABLOY positioning.
Key areas you will contribute to in this role include:
+ Develop, manage and measure marketing plans for EAC and related vertical markets such as higher education, multi-family housing, and unmanned infrastructure, in conjunction with business development and leadership, focused on meeting organizational objectives and generating sales pipeline.
+ Coordinating/developing and executing content for traditional and digital sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, sell sheets, websites, email, trade show displays, advertising, and other promotional materials as appropriate.
+ Manage public relations effort for EAC, working with internal and external resources to generate press releases, case studies and other promotional activities.
+ Lead messaging related to relevant trade shows and events, working with the Experiential Marketing team.
+ Collaborate with other marketing communications managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns impacting other solutions and vertical markets.
+ Support electronic access control OEM joint promotions including press releases and advertising.
+ Balance multiple projects, working in a team or independently to meet set deadlines
+ Direct activities with vendors, advertising, and PR agencies as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:

+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
+ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of an organization.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Ability to travel 20%.
Education and/or experience:
+ BS degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
+ Minimum of five years marketing and communications experience.
+ Experience with B2B marketing in a distribution environment is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with email tools and/or marketing automation is a plus.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other similar software packages is a plus.
+ Technical aptitude and familiarity with access control or the security industry is a plus.
This position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package. The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs. This salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.
