Technical / Creative Project Manager

Full Job DescriptionOur client, a wall covering company, is looking for a full-time Technical / Creative Project Manager to join their team. This role is onsite 5 days a week and located in Morris County, New Jersey - public transportation is not readily accessible.The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate several projects at one time from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Digital Production team as well as other cross-functional teams to ensure the customers' needs are met. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with creative team to develop new designs for custom wallcoverings- Oversee the order process- from initial order to shipment- for each project- Generate project quotes for the customer- Communicate with the customer via email or phone on resolutions, requests and other project needs- Obtain purchase orders, process payments, create production work ordersMust Haves:- At least 3 years experience in customer or sales service- Must have the ability to read blue prints/ specs and decipher drawings- Prior data entry and ERP Order Entry knowledge is needed- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google businessNice to Haves:- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Associate's Degree or higher preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
