You’ll bring cutting-edge knowledge and graphic design expertise to inspire creative excellence across our North American Commercial Risk, Health Solutions, and Wealth Solutions offerings. This role demands strong conceptual design skills and a deep passion for creativity.In this position, you will work as part of an agency-like team within the stability of a Fortune 1000 company. Your primary focus will be assisting with visually compelling digital deliverables that help the firm secure new business and retain clients. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with our account and sales teams to craft visual messaging that effectively communicates the Aon brand story.Reporting directly to the Digital and Interactive Creative Manager, you’ll receive the support and guidance needed to grow and thrive as an in-house corporate designer. If you’re a designer with a passion for creativity, innovation, and impactful visual storytelling, we want to hear from you!What the day will look likeYour Responsibilities:Develop high-quality, creative designs for digital and interactive platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visual conceptsProduce engaging visual assets for revenue generating proposals and presentationsEnsure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectivesStay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance output qualityWork with account teams and leadership to understand the businessDisplay professional concepts, apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWork independently and as part of a team to deliver consistent and effective designs across a variety of mediaDevelop flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environmentSkills and experience that will lead to successExpertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and CerosStrong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrate strong layout and interactive design skills, acute attention to detail, accuracy, and creativityExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrate ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple deliverables, keep commitments, and consistently deliver highly effective creative deliverablesAbility to receive and integrate constructive feedback effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teamsSelf-initiative/motivation and desire for continuing professional growth along with the acquisition of new skillsPositive and inclusive attitudeAbility to articulate and follow Aon policies, procedures, and best practicesEducation & Application information:Bachelor’s degree required, degree or certificate in design strongly preferredStrong creative portfolio that shows a wide variety of media, techniques, and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint)Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (print and digital tools including video)Proficient in Ceros or other website buildersPre and post-production skills (e.g. prep files for print)Collaborate with remote/off-site Aon colleagues to meet goals and execute required tasksEducation: Seniors graduating between Spring 2024 – Spring 2025 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.Please note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.What sets our program apart from the rest?Explore Aon’s culture and business areas, developing practical skills vital for future success and postgraduate opportunities.
