There are two functions associated with this position. The first is client intake/sales, managing contact with potential clients from initial lead prospecting through the contractual agreement for services. The second area of management is referral partner marketing, ensuring the company is portrayed as a strategic partner to community referral sources (Home Health, Hospice, Hospitals, GCM's, ALF, and ILFs).Qualifications:

This position requires an individual with a strong drive to build relationships, close leads, and increase the agency's client base. A commitment to providing a high level of service to elderly clients with varying degrees of understanding of their service needs is essential. The individual must understand the health concerns of elderly clients and be able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.Required skills include:Verbal:

Good communication skills, appropriate language, and an understanding of basic medical terminology must be easily understood when speaking.Computer:

Good computer skills, ability to input data and use various software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Google, CRM, and other programs that may be introduced to the company. Software training will be provided for proprietary software, but the position requires someone with the ability to learn technology changes.General Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure all prospects are called back immediately upon reception of a lead. Call all recent inquiries weekly to sell services and obtain in-home assessment appointments. Expectation: To ensure at least 50% of leads close and 90% of home assessments close.Visit clients’ homes and discuss all aspects of Visiting Angels services, focusing on the client's needs and preferences.Create a client file for all cases with signed contracts, ensuring it is current at all times. Collect and maintain all client paperwork and enter all client information into tracking software.Maintain a list of all new clients and track conversion rates, calls, and sources. Track all closed cases and complete all follow-up procedures as outlined in company policies.Work closely with nursing staff to ensure initial assessments are scheduled and prepare binder notebooks for the client’s home with directions and forms for the caregiver.When service has ended for a client, prepare discharge paperwork including a letter to the family with the caregiver evaluation survey.Attend symposiums and expos to promote services, order/suggest promotional items, and distribute brochures and marketing materials.Qualifications:

Sales experience is required, and experience in Senior Care is a significant plus.Benefits:

The position includes a sales commission bonus in addition to a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000. The company does not offer Health Care but provides a stipend. We also offer 401K, PTO, a company vehicle for business use, a cell phone, and a healthcare stipend.
