In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing processes, tools, and data management to drive successful campaigns and enhance overall marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and effectively.As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

Execute manual and automated programs for outbound communication channels (email, SMS, and push)Monitor and report on engagement metrics (opens, clicks, click-to-open rates) and channel health metrics (opt-outs, bounces)Analyze the performance of communication channels and campaigns across customer segments and lifecycle stagesOptimize technical processes for maximum operational efficiencyEnsure deliverability of email and SMSConduct coding and QA in an enterprise-level ESPEstablish strong collaborative relationships with Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholdersWhat you bring:

3-5+ years' experience in a Marketing Operations roleTrack record of building successful multi-channel, multi-touch programs from scratchAbility to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingIs analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and data-drivenKnowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Klaviyo, etc.)Experience with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Kibana, Elastic, etc.)Preferred: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Account EngagementBachelor's degreeWhat's in it for you:
