We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing lead to be a pioneer in building out innovative products and solutions that add value to all. In this role, you will focus on executing marketing programs like prescreening, prequalification and digital targeting to deliver growth in our personal loan and point-of-sale verticals. This hire will partner with the Head of Product to help build out a roadmap and launch novel products that will expand and enhance our current capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDrive product development for Pagaya’s core personal loan and point-of-sale business, building and launching new capabilities that advance our business objectives.Handle the end-to-end marketing program execution from inception to launch and beyond including opportunity sizing, target selection, performance evaluation and enhancements.Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap.Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and internal stakeholders across our business to inform planning, defining and prioritizing technical requirements, addressing risk and compliance requirements and delivering creative and innovative solutions.Define KPIs and metrics to measure success, regularly monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and improve return on marketing investments.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in the personal loan and point-of-sale space, translating data into actionable strategies to maintain our competitive edge.RequirementsA proven track record of leading marketing programs like prescreen, prequal and digital targeting particularly in the fintech/consumer credit.8+ years of experience, focused on owning performance KPIs related to such marketing programs and delivering high-quality outcomes.Proven unsecured loans or credit card expertise, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, risk management principles, and industry best practices.Robust technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.Business-first approach, with the ability to dive into the details of how a business works, identifying how to make it better, and building product solutions that deliver significant value.Compensation Range for New York Based Hires$200,000 - $240,000 USDOur ValuesContinuously Learn
