Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are seeking an experienced PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to join our client's team for a hybrid contract opportunity in Mettawa, IL! This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in designing professional, high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex information through visuals. Responsibilities:Utilize your advanced PowerPoint skills, including expertise with graphics, charts, infographics, animations, transitions, hyperlinking, and embedding video.Analyze content and determine the best design elements—such as type, color, and layout—to clearly convey messages and achieve presentation goals.Design and produce compelling presentations for senior executives, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.Interpret and apply Brand Standards and Guidelines for corporate and product-specific presentations.Collaborate with teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while also working independently to meet deadlines and client expectations.Develop effective storytelling through presentation design, incorporating the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to impress and engage clients.Proactively identify project needs and offer innovative design solutions.Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Provide timely updates and ensure all projects are delivered on time, aligned with client specifications, and meet the highest design standards.Uphold a professional work ethic and maintain high productivity under pressure.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor's degree in design or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills—both oral and written.Ability to absorb and implement feedback effectively.Problem-solving aptitude and initiative to drive projects to completion.Application Requirements:A tailored resume that highlights your relevant skills and experience.Showcase a variety of PowerPoint presentations with animations, data visualizations, and dynamic slide transitions.
