Marketing Strategist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our clients. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, market research, campaign development, performance analysis, and client management. You will also support the sales team in client acquisition efforts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development:Develop 1-2 customized marketing strategies per client per quarter.Tailor strategies to each client's specific business objectives, market conditions, and target audiences.2. Market Research:Conduct thorough market research at the onset of each engagement to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.Update research quarterly to keep strategies relevant and effective.3. Campaign Planning:Plan and design 2-3 comprehensive marketing campaigns per client each quarter.Campaigns will include detailed timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.4. Performance Analysis:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies on a weekly basis.Provide monthly reports to clients with performance insights and recommendations for optimization.5. Client Consultation:Dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per month per client for consultation.Review the progress of strategies and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.6. Sales and Internal Support:Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support client acquisition efforts.Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales pitches.Qualifications:4+ years of account management experience in digital media (social, SEO, ads, content, PR, etc.), driving revenue4+ years or multiple projects in CPG, Medical, Retail, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Fashion, and E-commerce industries.Expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other aspects of digital marketing.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results clearly.A passion for staying updated on industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.Technically savvy: ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva (or similar software)Preferred Industry Experience:BeautyCPGMedicalRetailHealth & WellnessFashionE-commerce
