JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator with 2-4 years of hospitality marketing experience who is looking to work and learn in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of brand marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue for multiple revenue centers within a food & beverage operation in Austin, Texas. The primary channels for marketing these offerings will be through the owned channels of website, email, social media, partnerships and experiential marketing and working with the operation's partners and agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the development of integrated marketing plans for Food, Beverage and Retail Marketing including writing creative briefs, development of the consumer journey and the establishment of KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with teams including brand, social media, digital marketing, public relations, and brand experiences to assist in the building and implementation of annual plans for each business. Administration of online review and reputation management across community platforms on Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, OpenTable, and others, ensuring reviews are receiving responses in a timely manner. Coordination of vendor partner requests, calls to participation and content development Assist with website updates to promote current happenings, hours of operation and menu changes. Develop creative design briefs to support operational signage and wayfinding needs. Conduct competitive analysis for ancillary businesses. Support the execution of any relevant brand partnerships for ancillary businesses to increase brand awareness and reinforce marketing objectives. Manage the tracking and reporting of monthly business results that are connected to marketing efforts for these businesses. Support the operations and marketing teams with field communication and assist in the planning and execution of all marketing promotions and programming Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing/media/communication/advertising is preferred 2-4 years of marketing experience in advertising or marketing or a related field Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects within assigned deadlines Excellent verbal and communication skills in order to convey innovative ideas, as well as to build trust and cultivate relationships with coworkers, customers and vendors Must be a self-starter with excellent project management, organization, communication and writing skills Analytical skills and ability to support and execute a strategy that achieves financial goals. Early adopter on the cutting edge of trends Team oriented, puts organization first and partners well with others to achieve goals
