Position Title:
Digital Marketing SpecialistPosition Summary:Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in maintaining the digital content on the site and utilize site metrics to recommend, test, and implement a range of improvements to increase our ability to attract Members and optimize their digital experience. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also support and contribute to our SEO strategy and implementation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create engaging and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.Minimum Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content management and creative writing for the web.Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (e.g., Joomla and ContentStack).Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience with social media platforms and digital advertising.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Physical Demands and Work Environment:(The physical demands and work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this position and/or may be encountered while performing essential functions.
