Prioritized must haves for the
Senior Project Manager - Roadway Design:
#1. Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college
#2. A minimum of 15 years of experience in transportation engineering;
#3. Proven success in project management/delivery of roadway design projects.
#4. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado; licensure in additional states may be required in the future
#5. Proficient in operating various specialized software including, but not limited to, CADD and 3D modeling software (AutoCad and/or Microstation), Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager - Roadway Design:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 15 years of experience in transportation engineering. Proven track record in managing and delivering roadway design projects. Experience working in Colorado is a plus. Licenses and Certifications:
Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado, with potential for additional state licensures in the future. Employees using personal vehicles for work purposes must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license. Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and equipment applied to the design and production of deliverables. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to meet project deadlines while staying within budget and time constraints. Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing projects with minimal supervision. Focused on quality control and quality assurance. Assist in developing proposals, statements of qualification, and responses to various solicitations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments. Proficient in using specialized software, including but not limited to CADD, 3D modeling (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation), Microsoft Word, and Excel. Other Key Requirements:
