Description The VP, Store Design provides strategic leadership to the Design & Standards team to ensure locations are successfully designed, within brand specifications, timeframe and budgets, and ultimately opened within the committed timeline. This position establishes partnerships across multiple stakeholders within and outside of GoTo Foods to continually enhance the concept development and design process to optimize space, functionality, and experience while meeting budgets and Brands expansion programs. This position actively monitors and oversees the team's progress against goals to provide support and adjustments as needed. Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Req Work Experience 15+ years relevant work experience (e.g., restaurant development and/or consulting) Req 10+ years managing National multi-unit construction projects Req 5+ years of managerial experience Req Demonstrated success influencing diverse stakeholders and leading teams that include non-direct reports in cross-functional settings Req Skills and Abilities • Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings, contracts, leases & work letters • Ability to track construction projects within standardized application (E.g., Expesite) • Ability to prepare & understand annual budgets and financial models • Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships (e.g., customers, 3rd party vendors, other departments, etc.) and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support • Ability to influence others to identify, negotiate and create “win-win” partnerships • Ability to effectively balance strategic focus and tactical execution • Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple projects with sensitive deadlines and changing environment. • Ability to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others • Talent management and development skills that create a highly effective and motivated team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
