About this role:

The Communications Manager will play a vital role in managing and enhancing brand standards across 28 service centers while overseeing daily communications activities. This position is essential for maintaining brand consistency, developing clear messaging, and ensuring that all internal and external communications align with the company's objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, human resources, and external vendors to drive brand awareness and foster strong engagement with both customers and employees. Your expertise will help elevate our brand's presence and ensure that our messaging resonates effectively across all platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Social Media Management:Develop and implement comprehensive, strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and trust.Oversee social media vendors and partners to ensure optimal delivery of services and content.Create and distribute high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive engagement.Monitor social media performance and sentiment, actively engaging with audience feedback to foster community.Collaborate with internal departments and service centers to generate compelling content that resonates across platforms.Align social media strategies with overarching content marketing objectives to ensure cohesive messaging.Conceptualize, edit, and produce written, visual, and video content, distributing multimedia materials to boost organic traffic and consumer engagement.Creative Design Management:

Manage internal design project requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, HR, and Operations-to gather requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.Maintain a cohesive visual strategy that reflects the company's brand identity and communication objectives.Design a variety of materials, including presentations, advertisements, infographics, billboards, promotional items, and digital assets.Online Reputation Management

Promote positive testimonials and reviews across company platforms to enhance brand perception.Monitor the online reputation across multiple channels, ensuring proactive management of feedback.Address customer feedback-both positive and negative-promptly and effectively.Maintain a credible online presence that encourages positive reviews and fosters community trust.Resolve conflicts and disputes while upholding brand integrity and customer satisfaction.Internal Relations:

Collaborate with Center General Managers to identify promotional item needs for local events, community sponsorships, and employee engagement activities.Manage promotional vendors, overseeing the production and distribution of branded materials to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Work closely with internal teams on a project-by-project basis to deliver impactful solutions.Play a key role in planning and executing internal events, including conferences, training sessions, and volunteer activities.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or similar roles.Proficient in graphic design principles, with expertise in Canva or other design platforms essential.Deep understanding of social media platforms, creative design, and brand identity principles.Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and external partners.Benefits:
