Join Insight as a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, where you will lead marketing initiatives for one of our key partners, Microsoft Surface. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with Insight's product management team to drive sales enablement and demand generation strategies, supporting revenue growth and aligning with our go-to-market goals. As the primary contact for implementing marketing campaign tactics, you will accelerate revenue performance and enhance margin outcomes. Your leadership will focus on expanding channel relationships, optimizing marketing investments, and delivering innovative solutions that align with Insight's strategic objectives. You will oversee the management and reporting of marketing programs for Microsoft Surface, ensuring maximum ROI across Insight's client portfolio and meeting profitability goals while ensuring successful funding collection. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as marketing point of contact to integrate Microsoft Surface into Insight solutions integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns, with alignment to Microsoft Surface across enablement, content strategy, digital programs, event strategy and execution, and campaign reporting and inspection.Partner with Insight and Microsoft Surface stakeholders to drive execution of activities tied to Microsoft Surface MDF budget.Data management - ensure marketing programs are aligned to propensity targets and clients / accounts where we have relationships and expansion opportunities.Work with internal Microsoft Surface teams and Insight field teams and leadership to ensure we are maximizing account targeting and integrating marketing tactics into key accounts and target areas as well as building Microsoft Surface's brand internally.Provide detailed reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders.What you'll need to succeedBs/Ba in Business, Marketing or other related field OR equivalent experience.Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management within a Business- to-Business sales organization.Experience and knowledge of marketing and project management software such as Workfront, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc. preferredData Analytics experience preferredClient-facing event planning experience preferredTechnology experience preferredBusiness-to-business marketing experience preferredExperience marketing for software and/or other hardware vendors is preferred
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Marketing planning and execution
- Experience working with complex marketing stacks to develop integrated (digital and traditional) campaigns or marketing programs. Understanding of CRM/Digital Marketing tools as well as traditional marketing channels, and budget management. Ability to demonstrate managing multiple projects with competing deadlines at once is necessary for success in this role.
Results oriented/Decision-making
- Create and meet deadlines while managing time efficiently and prioritizing in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to work cross functionally with teams to achieve deliverables. Ability to pivot plans when needed to meet desired goals. Experience using analytics and metrics to help guide team and drive towards quarter over quarter improvements in the performance of demand generation efforts.

- Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt your communication style to an audience. Ability to demonstrate utmost professionalism in all situations.

The base salary range for this position is typically $75,000 to $85,000 with benefits. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
